"My son and daughter go to this place. The doctors are great. They also have a great pharmacy and dental facility. They also have a fan and children rep on site. Bathrooms are always clean. They also have a great lab and they do X-rays there also. All the personnel is great and they cater to various languages. By the way they also have a pediatric floor."

"Had an appointment for my 4yr old Mind you I was just there for 2shots. Appt was at 1:00 got there at 12:45 or so everyone was at lunch..understandable..so I waited with my kids,.I had no problem waiting since I decided to get there early hoping they would call us sooner, I'm waiting, ITS 1:05 ..the MA calls someone else who was a walk-in EVEN THO I HAD AN APPOINTMENT AND WAS OBLIVIOUSLY WAITING... They were just standing there..walking back and forth. I ask how much longer in going to wait..I've been waiting for 20 min already, front lady didn't understand why they where taking long since I was there first and I should have been since first. So I waited a little more..AT 1:32 I told them if I wanted a 1:30pm appt, I would have got here at 1:30. And the big nurse with the glasses said she was barely pulling up MY KIDS chart.. ARE YOU SERIOUS RIGHT NOW.. SAT DOWN AGAIN..AND WAITED FIVE MORE MINUTES..AND FINALLY I LEFT... I USED TO COME OFTEN WITH ALL MY THREE KIDS. IT WAS NOT EVEN FULL WITH PATIENTS FOR MEDICAL APPOINTMENT. NO Patient SHOULD BE WAITED 30+MIN...AND IM NOT EVEN COUNTING THE TIME I WAITED. The doctor Jessica Maxwell is great and all..its sad the MAs lacking in patient priorities. They need to hire MAs who actually care. Not ones giving attitude like a teenager. GOSH I'm going to start going to Lakeland, I'll come back when they get different MAs.. they never last in mulberry locations anyways, and ive Been going there for 6yrs."
