"I have had nothing but great experiences at this practice. Having a parent in the dental industry my whole life I have high expectations- this office exceeds all of them. Front office staff are always so nice and accommodating. All assistants and techs I have worked with have been wonderful. Dr. Vanman is amazing, he was able to fix a chip in my front tooth and looks like nothing was wrong and had other work done to perfection. Everyone that works there is always so happy. I recommend them to everyone! Having Finn there doesn't hurt either- office mascot!"

"When Koysadar owned the practice it was wonderful. Now it is terrible. I went in for a routine cleaning. I was told I need to change out my fillings from when I was younger. I trusted Dr. VanMan and this resulted in having to get a crown on one tooth and the filling done incorrectly on the other tooth. This left me in pain for over two weeks until I was scheduled to get my permanent crown. I told them of my severe pain and they stated they couldn’t help me bc they didn’t have enough DH that day. I had to wait another week until they could schedule me to REDO the filling. They still did not fix it as I continue to be in pain when hot or cold enters my mouth. I can not chew on that side of my mouth and have jaw pain. Dr. Van man, did the procedures incorrectly leaving me in ongoing pain. I requested to see Koysadar next and they fit me in for a week later. 20 minutes before my apt. they called to let me know he doesn’t even work on that day. They asked if I wanted to see VanMan and I clearly did not. They were able to fit me in later that morning to see Dr. Patel (new owner) (name not even on the door or associated with practice yet). This caused me to miss even more work. I begged for help from the pain and explained all the mistakes. She asked for X-rays to be done and then never returned to speak to me about what she saw. The DH just brought me a referral to another place for possible root canals. I am floored by her dismissal and how routine fillings have led to this. They have one DH who knows what she is doing. They are reading manufacturers directions while performing procedures in your mouth. The DHs are all new and unable to do the job, being instructed while in your mouth. I have been in pain for 6 weeks now, out $500 missed 5 days of work and still have no answers. I had perfect teeth with no issues or pain. Run from this practice!"

"If I could do 0 stars I would. I have a lot of anxiety about dental procedures & I had a horrible experience with multiple people at this practice. I was having a root canal earlier this year and the Dr.’s instrument broke off inside my tooth & they didn’t have the tools to retrieve it. They had to send me (by myself & numbed!) to an endodontist to fix their mistake and finish the procedure. Afterwards I called 4 times to figure out what to do about finishing the procedure & my crown fitting and they then wouldn’t fit me in the same day and never said a word to me about it. The Dr never called to check on me and acted like nothing happened and expected me to pay the endodontist for their mistake! Front office staff was very rude to me when I asked questions about this as was the new owner at my final cleaning there. They then sent me an invoice MONTHS later with no description of what it was, saying I still owed money! I called asking for an explanation and of course they didn’t pick up or return my phone call. I would not recommend this practice to anyone."

"Called Monday and provided my insurance info and the girl said she would call me by end of day or in the morning Tuesday. The call never happened. I called Tuesday around 4pm. To check on making the appointment and the girl who answered informed me they were down 2 people but never apologized. She put me on hold and talked to the person I spoke with and came back stating "Again we are down 2 people so she will call you tomorrow morning" Its now 11:33am. No phone call nothing. Why would I trust a dentist office that takes longer then 2 days to make an appointment. Do yourself a favor and find someone else. They are not able to handle the volume of clients they currently have. You are not going to be the exception."

"We were in-between insurance coverages and were going to skip x-rays for my child and just do the cleaning, but Lisa at the front desk waived the fee entirely! She was so sweet and understanding. The hygienist who did my cleaning, Andrea, was very gentle and accommodating. I met Dr Vanman who was very friendly, His golden retriever, Fin, who visits patients room-to-room was the cutest!"
