"I have bad experience with this office in Bradenton I moved from WA state with my family an we live like an 1h away from Bright Now Dental an they were supposed to have our insurance information and records from the other office and when we came in they did not have it they were to lazy to find .Out so we had to drive back home because the appointment was canceled and then they called me an said that they found it.They and my son was quite upset because they wasted lot of our time but I can see they are getting better"

"My experience was not a great one. First, cleaning was not covered thru my insurance. I get two a year. Second, I was forced to sign for oral cancer scanning & fluoride. Which I declined in the beginning. The fluoride was a sticky goo. Not pleasant at all. Third, dental assistant needs practice on bed side manners. No discussion on teeth health or future teeth repair. I was not pleased with my service. I will resort to a better dental facility. Thank you for service?"
"They have done an excellent job, so far. I came there, after having some real problems with another nationwide chain of dentists, deliberately overcharging me. Here, they have, so far, been under what they quoted me, for my dental work. Up to this point, they have had impeccable work. I am due to get my new teeth in, on Monday and am looking forward to it (so long as I don't need that damn needle). The staff is very friendly and helpful, they seem to really like working there and it shows. I look forward to years of having my dental work done there. Thank you, for everything!"
