"Excellent care as always! Thank you for a stress free, informative, magnificent visit. The front desk staff (one in particular, she was on the left next to the last seat I believe) but she was EXCELLENT! very professional, efficient, knowledgeable, patient, and overall made the process very easy. Even with is being late for the appt, we had little no wait, we’re called back quickly, the doctor nurse and tech were amazing as well. Just the phenomenal quality service that I have come to love about Lawton Chiles. Thank you!!"

"I am writing this because as a parent not only am I concerned but I honestly felt like things could have been handled differently. My daughter started going since she was 4 years old and she’s 6 now. In general it was just normal dental check ups and cleaning. However this past Friday she had two fillings & when I left everything seemed fine. She bit her lip later on that afternoon & obviously it wasn’t pretty her lip was swollen and she bleed a little. However later on that evening I noticed a brown looking scab starting to appear by Saturday evening it looked like a scrape or even a burn. When I took her back Monday all they told me it was due to a lip bite. I talk to another dental office they def stated to me this was not the case. Especially due to area was at they told me it was due to a phospheric acid. I understand things happen but I also work in the medical field & know that the best you can do is own up to a mistakes & then we can lead from there. Now my daughter has a burn on her chin that I’m left to treat with ointments to avoid scarring. I’m sorry but this is not okay & as a parent who wouldn’t be concerned."
