"I lost a crown and need to be seen immediately. His staff was able to get me in rather quickly. His mannerisms are gentle and kind. When he ordered the crown, he ordered two as a precaution in the event one was more esthetically pleasing. I've never experienced a dentist who planned in advance to avoid unnecessary multiple visits!! I am so pleased to say he will be my dentist from now on! My daughter will be visiting him now, too. "I never make reviews. But I am extremely aggravated and feel disrespected by the absurdly rude woman with a foreign accent that works at the front desk and answers the phone. I had an appointment for fillings, and had to reschedule due to a death in the family. When i called she told me she was extremely upset because i confirmed my appointment with her the day prior to, and there is a long waitlist of people trying to get in to see the dr. I told her that sudden deaths are tragic and unexpected and I would reschedule when i had a clear mind. a week later i rescheduled, for a month out. The day of this rescheduled appointment i woke up with a terrible cold/sinus infection and was going to be tested for covid. I called to reschedule a second time and the same woman answered the phone. She was rude and inconsiderate and told me she was going to charge me a cancelation fee because i was inconveniencing the dr by the amount of time he had set aside for my appointment. I told her I was not canceling, but rescheduling to when i was no longer sick as i did not want to get everyone sick at the office. She told me i was being difficult and that my “cold” was not that big of a deal and i really needed to make my appointment if i did not want to be charged for canceling. I reminded her i was not canceling i was rescheduling, and told her I would find a new practice because she was extremely rude and unpleasant to work with each time i spoke to her. My entire family of 6 moved here from PA and we all use this practice. All of us have dealt with her immensely rude and unpleasant behavior. She is utterly disrespectful and unprofessional. So much so to the point that the dental hygienist told me at my cleaning that after 15+ years with that office, he was looking for a new job because she is terrible to work with. I hope she gets fired because she is horrible. and my entire family will not be going back. it is unfortunate because we enjoy the dr and hygienist. i hope the dr sees this."

Dr. Fakhouri accomplished the procedures quickly, painlessly and perfectly. Prior to Dr. Fakhouri I had always feared and put off my dental visits. I now know that with a really talented professional like Dr. Fakhouri there is nothing to fear."

"I can’t say enough how happy I am with this dental office! The entire staff is absolutely wonderful and incredibly gentle. They talked me through everything from the procedure to the billing information. They were extremely kind through it all. I came to Dr. Fakhouri to get a second opinion on a tooth I was told HAD TO BE pulled. Dr. Fakhouri told me he could save the tooth!!! He fixed it and it looks flawless! Thank you so much!!!
