The professionalism the laughter the calmness that I was surrounded by these three amazing humans was an experience I would recommend to everyone family and friends. I can't think of you enough for taking away all of my anxiety and explaining everything along the way it was a great experience. I will be back in 2 or 3 weeks to finish up what you started and I'm actually looking forward to seeing all three of you. "Had an initial appointment here since I got new insurance. Was seen at my appointment time. All assistants were extremely friendly and personable. The dentist had great chair-side manner and was optimistic. Was able to see the hygienist on the same day who was pleasant and answered all my questions. It was a great visit overall. The previous dentist I went to was for sure scamming me. Glad I was assigned to Bright Now Dental off 19. Looking forward to my next visit and cleanings. My teeth look fantastic :)"

"Went in for a new patient exam and cleaning. When I was getting x-rays done I followed what the assistant was telling me to do but apparently she was getting a couple bad x-rays from me. She didn't tell me what to do to help but decided to tell me to my face that I'm a "bad patient" and was getting frustrated. Then the hygienist didn't even do a full cleaning which was the whole purpose for the visit. He tried recommending that I get antibiotics and all this stuff that didn't feel necessary. I told him I only want what my insurance covers which is the cleaning. He then issued me a mouthwash that I had to pay for. Thankfully I was able to return that same day. He said he thought I understood that I would be paying for that despite me not signing for it and telling him I only want the cleaning done. Ironically there was a lady in the lobby that seemed to be voicing the same situation. My wife had an appointment an hour after mine in which she heard them recommending the same things. One appointment with Bright Now and I'm already not going to return."

"This was the BEST Dental Experience Ever… Thy Eva Juan and Dr Chuck were amazing. They worked on 5 teeth and NO PAIN! Dr Chuck found several options to fix my smile and work with in the insurance plan. Really appreciate the work done and the professionalism shown Thank You to the Entire Staff"
