It seems there is a significant disconnect between the administrative staff and their ability to manage appointments effectively. I have encountered issues with scheduling errors on multiple occasions, leading to unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time. The lack of clear communication regarding appointments has been a recurring problem, and it has left me feeling dissatisfied with the overall service. I believe the dental care provided is of high quality, but the administrative inefficiencies have significantly tarnished my overall experience with Dr. Magazine at Great Expressions. I hope this feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement in the administrative processes to enhance the overall patient experience."

She has a fun, friendly personality that puts you at ease and at the same time you know she’s an amazing professional. The staff is very thoughtful and even let me wear a surgical jacket because I was really cold and they even put Vaseline on your lips so they don’t crack during procedures! Everyone goes above and beyond to ease the anxiety and reduce any discomfort. I appreciate them and Dr Magazine!"
