"The Florida Mall practice...Dr. V is wonderful. I never thought I would rave about Greenberg from others experiences but this office is great. Once in a while you get an attitude from the desk on the phone but just ignore that. They are really nice and fair and good at what they do!"

"The worst staff possible at the front desk disrespectful lazy all around horrible, they have no concederstion for the people .your appointment can be at 4:00 and you won't be called until 5:00 because they have no one checking the roster I just even stayed here waiting for over an hour to find out that they never let anyone know. I was here even after I signed in I would give it 0 stars if I could don't recommend for anyone else."

"The receptionist in the front desk are very rude and unprofessional. They're always full of attitude, always giving incorrect information and is not knowledgeable when it comes to processing the information to your insurance correctly. I once called and was speaking to one of them who hung up on me and when i called back they said that i didn't call or no one there was speaking to me as if I'm a mad crazy woman. This is the WORST Greenberg location ever!!! No Customer Service skill whatsoever."

"Worst Dental/orthodontist service I've ever been to. I arrived from Texas, and one of my braces wires was poking my cheek. Normally when I see my orthodontist in Texas, it's a quick snip less than 5 minutes waiting in and out. A task so easy any nurse can do it. Apparently that is not the case here. I walked in and have been waiting for 2 Hours. In fact I am still waiting as I write this. It's a 29$ fee for just walking in, plus whatever they are gonna charge me to snip the wire. Update: Finally after waiting 2 1/2 hours I was seen, snipping the wire took less than 2 minutes, because they didn't have the right orthodontic took, instead they shaved down the wire with a Dremel type tool."
