"Dr Moore is the most knowledgable, thorough and personable doctor I’ve ever met. There’s a reason his appointments are booked out- he’s that good and it’s absolutely worth having patience to see him. I had severe jaw and neck pain. I’ve had TMJ for years but I started experiencing migraines, neck muscle pains and was experiencing sinusitis symptoms every few weeks for nearly a year. I had been to several different doctors and allergists. Since visiting Dr Moore my pain and sinus symptoms have completely stopped. His passion for his field is unmatched. He thinks outside the box to find realistic solutions rather than just throwing medicine at the problem. The world needs more Dr Moores. I’m incredibly thankful our paths crossed and my quality of life has significantly improved!!"

"I just met Dr. Moore and he is the best doctor I’ve ever met. What was originally a TMJ appointment ended up being so much more helpful information to help my other health issues. I hope the other reviews can focus their review on the doctor himself, not the office. I had no issue scheduling my appointment but if only everyone experienced Dr. Moore - most attentive and caring doctor I’ve ever met who thoroughly checks you then he would have much higher ratings."

"Extremely disappointed. Been calling for weeks with nothing in response. Extremely hard to get ahold of. I like Dr Moore and visits there were pleasant, but the offices poor communication is terrible. When you are in an incredible amount of pain, consistently call on the phone daily for weeks on end, and still can’t get the prescriptions you need because of the offices mismanagement it really does stink. Edit: shortly after posting this, I received a call. They told me I was making too big a deal by writing a review instead of talking to them. I had been trying weeks to get ahold of them. They had time to read this review, but not time to answer my multiple voicemails."

"I had a great experience with Dr. Moore and his office coordinator. I was very nervous about my appointment and left his office feeling more confident than ever about my TMJ and my general health overall. I drove over an hour for my appointment and spent quite some time there talking to him. 10/10 recommend."

"Extremely disappointed, I contacted the office to schedule an appointment as Dr. Moore was highly recommended by my primary doctor. I received a callback from Elizabeth and from the beginning Elizabeth was very negative advising that the office was fully booked until mid November. I advised that it was fine and I wanted to still continue scheduling the appointment. When asking about a waiting list, Elizabeth stated in a "mocking way" that although she could add me to the list there was as she said "a longggggg list of people before me", once again I advised that it was fine as I still wanted to be added on the list if possible. When finalizing my appointment, Elizabeth informed me that I needed to pay at the moment a $100.00 cancelation fee which was fine, however I asked the reason of this charge. Elizabeth breathed heavily and started her sentence with " let me start again... as explained at the beginning". Very disappointed with the customer services as it did not leave a good impression of the facilities. I have decided to go elsewhere because of this."
