"Super unprofessional. I am not one to really leave a review or even a bad review at that, but my son had an appointment at 9:30am and we got here at 9:15am. We live an hour away. It is 11:42am and we are still here. He was seen an hour ago. Their excuse is that they are training. Do i understand things take time yes I do and do I want you to do a horrible job with my child’s dental hygiene? Absolutely not. But I have NEVER been anywhere that it has taken this long. So we drove an hour away, waited over an hour to be seen, and now it’s been an hour that he has been seen still waiting for him to come out. Mind you I have two little babies as well. Make it make sense please. I will be changing his dentist and do I think they care? No because it’s not even family oriented where they would even notice. They don’t show compassion. Super frustrating and inconsiderate of peoples time. Change the dentist. He looks like he’s going blind as well. Take better care of the facility."

"This office is the WORST. I made an appointment as a new patient 2 weeks prior and left work early to be on time for my appointment. I arrive at my appointment on the day of 10 minutes before my appointment. Yet 20 minutes later, no one addressed me, no one was even sitting at the counter. An older gentleman came out and told me they may not be able to see me because they have to take an hour to verify my insurance, which mind you was verified the day I called for the appointment. He then spent another 15 minutes telling me they may not see me because I had not filled out paperwork... mind you he never gave it to me. Then he proceeds to tell me they may have to reschedule me because he had to take care of other patients before he can call to verify my information. Needless to say I left the ghetto establishment and will be notifying my insurance of this."

"I literally called to make an appointment and the guy that worked at the office that picked up the phone was very rude and arrogant. I was giving him a list of the information that the dentist office she has previously seen gave me trying to get the information for the work covered by a more affordable insurance option! I know people who have had the same thing taken care of in the work was covered 100% home ever answer. The phone was very rude and nasty to the point of. I don’t even want to make an appointment with his office. I decided to leave a review because anytime you go to get something sensitive as a dental care done you’re wanting to make sure is with the provider that actually is going to speak to you with respect! This office has no respect!"

"This is the worst experience ever❗️❗️❗️❗️After waiting a hour and a half OUTSIDE after my scheduled appointment I was seen and told my baby would be the only one allowed to be seen in the back. She is 6! You expect me to allow my 6 year old to be seen in the back WITHOUT me being present?! What are you trying to do that you don’t want me to see?! I’ve never had that issue with any other office and I won’t ever be coming back to this office. They are very inconsiderate thinking it’s okay to waste people’s time. If they would’ve advised kids only in the back when I scheduled the appointment you bet your mommas last paycheck I wouldn’t have scheduled a dam thing with their office. Please get it together because this is NOT it!"

"Those people have no sense of time. Your schedule appointment is joke to them. They will have you waiting for over 2 hours after your scheduled appointment while having everyone else who shows up after you go through as they see fit. I think they are racist too. And they don't even do anything for your kid. They are a complete joke and a total waist of your time. DO NOT GO THERE."
