"I'm a resident here and have been for 7 mths. The owner is friendly yet professional . The apts r cozy and the neighborhood is quiet and safe which was one of my most important concerns. There is no leeway on late rent so make sure you can pay every week."

"The owner takes pride in this place. This is more of an extended stay motel/ efficiency apartment. My husband and I have lived here for almost a year and I love it. It was an alternative to the nasty motels on 4th St. They keep it very clean and if anything is broken, it will be fixed. You have to bring your own dishes, TV and linens. For the price and location, you can't beat it!"
