Dental Care at O-Town West 8680 Fenton Street, Orlando, FL 32836

"Go elsewhere for your dental services. Be prepared to wait an additional 30 minutes after your scheduled appointment. Staff is great and polite when they aren't at each other's throats. During my visit, I noticed staff bickering in the hallway while i was awaiting in the seat. You will be pressured and forced to accept extra services. During my daughter's visit, the dental assistant asked to do extra work from my daughter's treatment plan since she had time available. My husband asked to only complete the covered by the insurance as we had to manage our funds since the 4 of us all required additional work. The dental assistant then responded with "you have insurance, don't worry it's covered" and repeated the phrase 3 additional times. Then we get an almost $400 bill in the mail for services this assistant said was "covered". Almost $400 for enamel sealant... A Joke!! When we attempted to speak to billing in regards to what the dental assistant said to us, they shrugged it off as "it is what it is" since a financial responsibility disclaimer was signed. During my visit, the same dental assistant had issues graphing my mouth and kept moving the camera so much that she scraped the top of my mouth with it. But she kept making it my issue. I was informed I would need braces and when I refused, the dentist and assistant made me feel so pressured to accept a service I didn't care for. I ended up leaving the office with no work completed as the assistant refused to do a simple cleaning without completing additional "required" work. There are so many areas of opportunity for this office."

"Dr Badger is by far the best and most insightful dentist I have ever found. He identified the root (ha ha) of my dental issue straight away that multiple other dentists had not. He is open minded, forward thinking, and listens to the patient. I can tell that he stays on top of the latest dental education and is knowledgeable outside of conventional dentistry, based on my experience at other dentistry practices. I also noticed that they use the latest dentistry technology in this office. My Invisalign treatment was a breeze. Staff is lovely and Andrea the dental tech is a absolute delight. Happy I found this dental care office!"

"Dr. Luken is the BEST dentist I have ever worked with. I was visiting Orlando for a conference and chipped a tooth. Last minute I was able to get an appointment a have the tooth fixed. The entire staff is so welcoming, in great spirits and helpful. Dr. Luken was incredibly professional and put me at ease. She would absolutely be my dentist if I didn’t live in Massachusetts."
