"If I could give them 0 stars I would. They lied to me. I went to an appointment in August 2023 for a dental exam. The exam was very short and then Jeffery the hygienist came in to measure my gums. He either poked me too hard that I bled or he lied. According to him, my gum measurements are around 4-5 meaning that I would need a deep cleaning. The deep cleaning was gonna be in two parts and it was going to be around $450 dollars. Insanely expensive. They said a deep cleaning was necessary so I made an appointment and they required a $50 deposit. I knew something was up so I cancelled my appointment and I went to another dentist. (i called to refund my deposit and they said they would, they didn't) I went to a new dentist yesterday for my cleaning and they were incredible. The hygienist came in and measured my gums and said they were all in the range of 1-3 which meant my gums are healthy and I just need a regular cleaning, not a deep one and I paid $0 for it. Not only do they upcharge, they LIE to you about the services you need. I had a wonderful experience at my new dentist but I also couldn't help but feeling upset comparing it to the experience i have had with Sage Dental. I also requested my X-Rays last week, signed a doc and still never received them. They owe me my X-Rays and $50. Avoid this place at all costs, the negative reviews are the truthful ones."

"Came in expecting a normal cleaning but they disregard my insurance for paying for copay and tried charging me for X-rays that were supposed to be covered by my insurance. When examined my teeth they claimed I needed an "intermediate cleaning" and that they would contact my insurance for pricing and coverage. Keep in mind my insurance covers cleanings. They charged my $116 DOLLARS + $10 Copay for a subpar cleaning with plaque still on my teeth. I later found out that they didn't even contact my insurance to file a claim they just made up a procedure so it wouldn't be covered by my insurance so they can charge me. Theses people are SCAMMERS AND THEIFS."

"I was charged an extra 500 dollars after I had already paid my estimate. They never provided me with a detailed receipt. When I went for my cleaning I was very specific that I needed to be seen by the dentist because she recommended an aligner which was paid for in my estimate. They charged me for a service that still has no been provided. I checked this business on the BBB better business Bureau and see they are not accredited and have over 9 pages of complaints. I filled out my release and still have not heard from them even though I have been emailing for weeks. DO NOT GO HERE"

"I can’t say enough how much I respect the professionals that operate in the office. It’s one thing to have such a clean and welcoming facility, but to have team that has quality information, smiles that flood the room, and are simply very personable. I recently had a procedure today that worried me in the beginning, but I always reassured I was in great hands. From consultation day to procedure day, I was in great hands certainly. I can’t thank you guys enough for what you did for me and for what you do for others. I just wanted to share how important this process is for myself and let you all know you’re important.
