"Been going to Dr Heaps office when it was just Dr Heap!! So obviously a long time!! And I’ve been happy the entire time — until today! Didn’t like that I showed up and my usual hygienist wasn’t there and no one had called to let me know (found out she’s gone??)… never did get the name of the hygienist today — she didn’t tell me - I didn’t ask. They took X-rays, yet the dentist never looked at them… bet I get charged!!! The dentist had “loud” conversations with patients/hygienist's telling them that much “younger” girls like him!! He’s maybe in his late 40’s/early 50’s but was bragging LOUDLY how girls in their early to mid 20’s love him!! This is what I listened to while getting my teeth cleaned!!! WOW!! How professional… He’s got a foul mouth as well! I won’t say his name because anyone there that day will know who it was — and I will say he has a rough chair side manner as well! First time I was disappointed at Dr Heaps office!! If this is the direction his office is going — I’ll be finding a new office IMMEDIATELY!!!"
