"We stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend and had the best time. The 2 room suite suited our family of 4 perfectly AND for hosting my dad who lives steps away and the two other couples that booked 2 separate rooms...we were able to have all 10 of us gathered for dinner!! The kids enjoyed the pool immensely and our stay was fantastic. Having the Circle K convenience store next door is fabulous and it's so close to everywhere we wanted to be. Planning to stay here again!!"

"We did a hotel take over for a wedding. The hotel was perfect for us. The staff was excellent. Katie was so nice and helpful. Our rooms were so nice, clean, and big. The location is awesome. Across the street from a beautiful beach. Not far from restaurants and shops. We definitely plan on coming back for another hotel take over."

"FIVE STARS ALL AROUND! We will be back! I’m already trying to match up an Allegiant flight with another adorable unit here! We just left from our family’s (two adults, two children) first beach destination vacation at BBR and Treasure Island. We stayed in unit #10 and our family had plenty of room. This location stood out ahead of others for several reasons! (1) The location! Epic. Across Gulf Blvd and you’re only steps from the sandy white sand beach! Two easy beach access points on either side of the hotel. So easy! (2) The hotel size only having 11 units was a big bonus! We wanted something cozy with the feelings of comfort. Scored that and more! (3) We rented a fun Jeep for this trip but the trolley system stopped every 30 mins a block away. We will use it next time we visit and have in the past. (4) Affordable and well worth the nightly cost! Super adorable experience! Housekeeping and maintenance were very attentive as was Katie, the GM. You can tell they all love what they do at BBR! (5) Their heated pool (82°+) was a nice reprieve in the evening while we used their large onsite grill to cook dinner. (6) It’s right across from the Shake Shop. A huge size for a small ice cream treat & was under $4. You can’t beat grabbing something on your way back from the beach. (7) BBR lets you borrow their beach goods (chairs, umbrellas, toys, surf boards) which was a big help since we traveled with only backpacks. (8) They offer onsite laundry for $2! We only packed enough for two days and this was our solution to packing light with only a personal item. Loved loved loved it! We highly recommend a stay here!"

"We absolutely loved our stay here last week. We have stayed in a resort before, but I truly loved this place so much. The staff are the best(Katie, Jenny and Darrell) to work with and visit with. This made our stay feel like family instead of commercial. You literally are steps from the white sand beach accross the road and you also can come back and relax by the pool as well. Our room was so cute and had a full kitchen so we could have meals their if wanted to before going to beach. Very close to main areas like John's Pass or St Petes beach or Medeira beach area also. Lots of fun relaxing things to do close by without all the high end expenses. Thanks to all for our great stay"

"The good: Fabulous location right across street from the beach. Clean room. Responsive host. Cute place. Great, clean pool. The bad: bed was way too soft and the shower had terrible water pressure. It was weird in that the sink faucet had incredible water pressure, but the shower not so much....needs some attention for sure."
