"I don’t like posting poor reviews, but Airbnb and the owners of this property have left me no choice. Unwilling to work with a customer (me) in light of obvious discrepancies in Airbnb and Satellite Hotel booking policies. Equal parts an issue with Airbnb and an issue with Satellite Hotel. The owners had an opportunity to do the right thing, but chose not to due to poor Airbnb support. In the end, it was (me) the customer who was in the middle holding the bag. I would not recommend this property. Great location, but ownership is not in the hospitality or customer service business, and will gladly take your money while offering nothing in return. There are plenty of other properties in this area that will provide a better experience and can be trusted to operate with integrity. If others have had a similar experience I urge you to speak up. It’s tough to invest a lot of time, money, and travel many miles to have poor experiences that could easily be handled differently. I would not feel comfortable staying here based on my experience."
"This place was very nice. I was pleasantly surprised. It did look exactly as the photos showed. The staff was super to work with and the location was perfect. I would 100 % stay there again when I go back!!"
"We were so impressed with this place! We weren't expecting anything amazing for the great price we got, but we were pleasantly surprised. Rooms were all recently updated, and ours had a kitchenette and full-sized fridge! The room was spotless, and the front desk person was very nice and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again!"
"i LOVED my stay!!! this is definitely the best you can get for this price point and exceeded my expectations. from the start i felt welcomed , room was clean and more than enough space for 2 people. area is great, you’re steps from the beach +a waffle house next door. i thought we were close enough to everything i wanted to do, there’s a lot of shopping and restaurants within 1 mile. Pool was warm and so pretty at night:) highly recommend and id definitely cone back the next time im in the area"
