"I definitely recommend going to this dental clinic, everyone was very friendly and made you feel like family while keeping things professional. Dr. Nathoo was very informative during my appointment and willing to answer any questions or concerns I had. The way he was willing to give me the best treatment options for the things I was seeking makes you feel more than just a patient, Dr. Nathoo definitely helped me feel like family. I would like to give a big thank you for Maya and her amazing work with cleaning my teeth, and the way she cared for her patients. Maya was very sweet and super gentle during my cleaning. I am very pleased with my cleaning and how my teeth look after the cleaning. I was very impressed and pleased with everyone that helped me during my visit today."

"Very good service from the dentist and the staff in general. However, the customer service provided by two men in the reception area was very disappointing. They were not cordial, they do not make you feel comfortable when you arrive since they avoid serving you. When you arrive, they point you to a notebook so you can write down your name and their attention is limited to that. The thinnest one was talking and laughing out loud on the phone, talking to other employees. The thickest one simply hid behind the phone. Very disappointed."

"This is a great dental practice! It was really easy to get an appointment. Girline the dental hygienist did a great job for my routine cleaning. Their dentist, Dr. Patel, was really easy to talk to and personable. She's super knowledgeable and trustworthy, explained everything really well. Provided great treatment and got it done quick. Painless treatment... I've never had a dentist give such a good numbing medication."

"I highly recommend Dr. Patel. She is the BEST! Her work and level of professionalism is beyond amazing. The way she cares for her patients and by listening and making sure that they are satisfied with her work. She is very understanding and easy to talk to about what you are experiencing. I had to go back to her 4 times to get an issue resolved I was having and not one time was she upset or impatient with me. I so admire and are very appreciative of the service and level of professionalism she displayed towards me. She is very intelligent and knowledgeable of her job! If you are looking for an amazing dentist in this area I highly recommend you stop by and meet her. Out of all the years I been going to the dentist never have I met one like Dr. Patel. And not to mention she has a great sense of humor and loves to take the time to really get to know her patients. I was going to seek another dentist that’s closer to my home but after meeting her I will definitely be staying at this dentist office as long as she is there and when she leaves I will be following her!"

"The staff are friendly and nice and the establishment also looks nice.. however. This was my first time getting a tooth removed and no one prepped me on what was about to happen not once. Everything came as a surprise during the removal -which tooth extraction is considered an actual surgery that requires patients to be well informed about the process. Then after I was done, the dentist rushed out to the next patient and no one informed/ reviewed with me my post op instructions either and this really made me super upset. I went into everything blind and also left blind, which is not a good feeling at all. I had to google a lot. Suggestion for the practice- if the dentist doesn’t have time to review these things with each patient that’s fine but at least have the dental assistants stay in the room, take their time and go over pre op and post op information. This allows patients to ask questions and be well informed upon leaving about the healing journey. Also, when I talk to other family and friends who went through this process - they were scheduled for a post op appointment before leaving to check on the bone graft. No one ever mentioned this to me or gave me this option. Don’t just hand a piece of paper to a patient and wave them bye. I won’t be returning."
