"My daughter and I went to the Davenport office as new patients. The front desk is so close to the front door there was barely enough room to stand there. The ladies at the desk were rude and unwelcoming. They didn’t stop looking at their computers to even greet us. We stood there a good 5 minutes without any acknowledgement. The lady that did my X-rays was very kind, but the one my daughter had was not. The dentist didn’t really talk to me before, during, or after the exam, he spoke only to the lady that did the X-rays. He did come to me after my daughter’s exam and told me about her. The cleaning was intense. Sat in the chair, he said hi and got started almost immediately. He handed me a paper towel, hooked the suction straw thing on the side of my mouth and went to work. I wondered why he gave me a paper towel, well, it was to wipe off my face from the spray of the water and the water that runs out of the side of your mouth because he doesn’t stop to let you suction it out. He didn’t ask if any of my teeth were sensitive to cold and there were several times that he got close to the root which caused some pain. My daughter’s experience was pretty much the same. She has an aversion to mint. She doesn’t like the taste or smell of it and it makes her nauseous. He didn’t ask or give her time to tell him. So when it was time to polish, he used mint. She got him to stop only for him to tell her if I don’t use mint, your teeth don’t get polished as there was no other choice for her. So he stopped her polish after halfway on the top of one side. Upon checkout, the ladies were once again too busy talking to each to acknowledge us for a few minutes. My daughter and I will not be going back."

"Very rarely do I give five stars. I encountered Greenberg dental accidentally they have whirl class doctors that are professional, knowledgeable, and concerned about what concerns you. They give you options. They speak with you in-depth and keep the financials before you. I really appreciate the surgeon who actually takes time. He was never in a hurry and I could tell from the wait he was not in a hurry with others the staff at the front OK they check you in and get you checked out the staff assistant, the surgeon, and the doctors are great their knowledgeable and professional as well"

"Andrea was very patient and kind to my daughter today since my daughter was afraid of going to the dentist today. She made sure to take her time with her and made her feel comfortable. The pediatrician dentist was also great with my daughter and we appreciate them all. Thank you!"

"Fantastic dental center! Dr. Melissa was kind and made both me and my kids feel at ease. The assistant was good, she could improve her approach with kids. However, the moment Dr. Melissa started interacting with my child, there was an immediate shift – my crying child instantly calmed down. Overall, a great experience that left both me and the kids satisfied!"
