"I have been going to Dr Ortiz since 2015-16 I was patient number 113 and now I’m still there and will never go anywhere else. Just wish dental was more easy to afford because I have the worst smile do to not being able to afford dental work. I love Dr.Ortiz and his crew don’t have plans to ever change."

"This place pulled all of my husband’s teeth at One time, he was fitted for dentures and they didn’t fit. So they had to send them back and then his insurance lapsed in the mean time and they refused to give him his dentures. Then we were told insurance only pays when they are delivered. Well excuse me, but they were delivered when he had insurance and then y’all sent them back. It’s not our fault you screwed up. All of this info should have been conveyed before you took his teeth. So now my husband has to suffer. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They did a bait and switch on my husband and now he has to be embarrassed and can’t get his teeth back. It hurts me for him because he doesn’t like his smile. I’ve read other reviews at how they say patient care is their priority, well make this right then because he had insurance when you first messed up."
