"Very unhappy went January 9th as a new patient was experiencing pain I have insurance . The doctor said I would need an extraction and a bone graft She sent me home with antibiotics and ibuprofen. Someone from the office was supposed to get back to me to let me know what my insurance coverage was going to be...today is January 27th and if I hadn't placed a call to them no one would have called me to let me know meanwhile I'm still in pain, now when I did call I was placed on hold twice disconnected once finally got somebody on the phone looking at what I presume is a chart, didn't know what the insurance was going to cover or not, put me on hold again to bring me back on the line to tell me that my insurance was pretty much not going to cover anything. No follow-up at all they just want cash pay locals. Very unhappy with the follow-up I thought I had found my permanent dentist office since I just moved to Plant City."

"Dr. Deborah Austin was my dentist for many years, even up until she retired from professional practice. I wasn't thrilled about having to find another dentist, so when I saw that Dr. Pena was establishing her practice at Dr. Austin's location I decided to wait for her office to open. The service that I have been given by Dr. Pena has been A+, she is both personable and professional. She pays close attention to detail and is relentless in making sure that her patient is satisfied, and that the patients' issue is resolved completely.
