"If I could give zero stars I would!!! Go somewhere else! Anywhere else but here! I made appointments for my daughter and I, then proceeded to receive multiple phone calls to verify insurance. NEVER was the ins saved or verified! Multiple calls for the same thing!!! Then the day of my appointment finally arrives, I showed up 10 minutes early. Was called back 30 minutes late AND then waited another hour for a doctor only to then leave without being seen because the doctor NEVER came back!!! Nor was there communication for when the doctor would come!!! Absolutely HORRIBLE! I have never been to a worse facility in 33 years!!! Go somewhere other than this office!!!!! Absolutely the worst in the United States!!! And yes I can say this after living in multiple states with the military and NEVER have I received such horrible care for myself or my special needs child!!!!!"

"My son is high ADHD and on the spectrum. This facility is phenomenal. They were quick and made all of my children comfortable. I cannot express the level of excitement to have finally found a place to bring all of my children. A place all of my children are happy to go to."

"I had 2 extractions at Great Expressions in Wesley Chapel and it went very well. The staff was kind and patient. They were professional and explained thoroughly what I could expect in the next few weeks."

"The manager of this dental clinic and the staff (scheduling) has no regard whatsoever to their clients appointment schedule. When I called to verify my kids appointment, I was told that everything is good for the appointment. On the day of the appointment, with my kids didn't go to school because their appointment was in the morning, I was told in the office that they cannot be seen because the dentist is not in that day and they have to have a dental exam for them to be seen by the hygienist. Same day my daughter has a dental cleaning in the afternoon. The office didn't tell me anything about the mishap on the dental insurance. But told me when we were already there and claimed that they have been calling me 30mins prior to the appointment time. What very inconsiderate people."

"This is our second time here. The staff have always been nice but the rooms have been dirty. There’s dirt and dust all over the bottom of the chairs and garbage on the floor. The plastic part of the chair was also dirty so they’re not cleaning the chairs after patients. Unfortunately, this is the only one that takes their insurance and has a pediatric dentist. I’m looking into changing insurance companies to find another dentist for my kids."
