"I'm travelling, living in my camper van. I was overdue for a cleaning. Since I'd purchased the One Smile Dental Discount Plan, I wanted to use that. I had to wait until I was in Florida to find a cluster of Bright Now Dental offices. I drove by the Wesley Chapel, FL office on a Sunday afternoon. I knew that would be a great location for me, was I was informal camping in the area. Monday morning I walked into this Bright Now office to see if I could schedule an appointment. The Office Manager, Elkin, got me scheduled the next day for an exam! On Tuesday morning, following my exam, I was told that if I could wait perhaps 30 minutes, the dental hygienist would be able to clean my teeth. Of course I could wait 30 minutes for the hygienist! So I got my dental needs met, out-of-state all in the same morning! I will say that the prophylactic cleaning I received was the quickest cleaning I think I've ever received! Because I do a good job with my oral hygiene, I did not have much build up (calculus, tartar, etc.) on my teeth, but after going eight months without a cleaning, I would expect a little more time than was taken on this visit would be in order."

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Walked in at 2:45 for a 3pm appointment as a new patient. I was there for a total of 2 and half hours! which out of all those hours only a max of 30 minutes were spent getting xrays and having the doctor look at my teeth for a maximum of 5 minutes. Other than that I spent hours and hours waiting and expecting to get a cleaning done which is the only reason I made the appointment. And guess what, after the doctor took a quick look at my teeth, she left and made me wait like 30 min only to call me to the front desk and tell me I needed a cleaning, to have it scheduled. Not only that, the earliest available appointment they told me me they have is until end of February. 2 months to get a cleaning done, after waiting for almost 3 hours in their office. They cannot be that insensitive with people’s time and not even provide the service desired!!! I walked out almost crying out of pure frustration!!!!! Unacceptable. 0 stars from me, absolutely horrible experience."

"Horrible! Horrible dental office. DONT COME HERE!! Very unprofessional. As a new patient, trying to sell braces to my daughter! Where the purpose of the visit is cleaning and filling only! When they can’t convince us to get the braces, the want my daughter to refer to another orthodontist!! They DIDN’T deliver the job what we ask for as a patient! Mind you, this is NOT a busy office at all!!! They ignored my daughter and End up telling her to come back for consultation???? REALLY? And they said they can’t do the cleaning? Nor filing? They should have told daughter that from the very beginning! They wasted her time and they gave her attitude for insisting “She just need CLEANING!”. It’s a nightmare experience .. terrible customer service. They will IGNORE YOU if said NO whatever braces thing they’re selling. My daughter walked away crying cause of her frustration. I don’t do survey - BUT this clinic needs my input! As we came to their clinic trusting them they can do the job/work they advertise. By the way I will let delta care o office on how you treated my daughter. POORLY!"
