"The turn over is horrible. Seems like all their staff is in training. . The front staff is rude. They changed hours and when I said how disappointed I was that I had to change offices the reply from Sasha was, that's okay ". THAT'S OKAY!! Wow. Should have been something like I know we're so sorry to lose you sorry the hours didn't work for you. Dr. Rose only saving grace. They lost a part from my periodontist and Ellen was so rude. Denying they took it. Asked for Dr bernier to call me he refused..so they said. His practice...his patient with an issue and he refuses to call...weak wimp"
