"I've been to a lot of doctors and dentists' offices. It's rare to find an office where the staff actually cares about their clients and knows them on a first name basis. Dr. Estrada and her staff took the time to get to know me. I walk in and I'm instantly greeted with a smile and in a professional manner. The atmosphere at her office is calm, warm, and I almost feel like I'm a part of a family there. Dr.Estrada always takes the time to see how I'm doing and to check in on my progress with my Fast Braces (best deal around) and dental health, even if one of her assistants are performing dental work on me. She personally makes sure that they're doing a good job and properly taking care of her clients. I don't live close to her office, however I don't mind taking the time to drive to Dr.Estrada's office. You can't put a price on quality customer service AND excellent dental work. You get one or the other, but not both."

I enjoy coming to her facility because the staff is very nice, they actually remember who you are, and I always feel like my needs are met as a patient. "Horrible! Found her online and to be conviently close to home. I was in pain. Her online special drew me in ($83 exam, X-ray, and cleaning), however, I received non of that except an additional charge for a different X-ray. I never seen the doctor and still have not received a phone call. The assistant did all of her dirty Work for her (poor girl, she doesn't even get a dentist salary). They have lack of communication with their staff and I feel like I was scammed out of $130. I still have my problem in my mouth and now have to take my business elsewhere and do this process all over again. The "office manager", a guy, is a nickel and dimmer, he talks in circles and can't give you an honest answer as to why I was charged for things that were not done. ITS A SCAM to get you in. Don't do it!"
