"MALPRACTICE WARNING by Dr. Kenneth Anderson. I went to have dental surgery and ended up with a double infection on both sides of my jaws. The infection was so bad, it spread up to my ears by the 3rd day. I called the office (several times within the first 3 days) for further instruction and to express my concern, but they brushed off my symptoms and told me to simply place a heating compress on my infected areas and that I should get better within the week. By the 3rd day, I was spitting up infection fluid. All day, every day. And the pain was unbearable. I've had dental surgery before, I may not have my PHD in dental care, but I know malpractice when it is done and I know when a health problem within my body is present. They refused to see me until a month later from my surgery date. There was no way I could bear my condition for that long. So, I reached out to another dental practice and was blessed to be saved by them. By the 4th day, since the malpractice happened, I was seen by the new practice and they evaluated me right away. They were shocked by what they had found. "Dr. Anderson" had butchered me. He removed way too much bone in my mouth. For no reason and without any warning. So much bone was removed, that had I eaten anything solid, my jaw could have fractured, if not a full break. I saw the xrays and have copies. Evaluated and verified by the new dental practice. The infection had worsened to the point that I could hardly talk and could not open my mouth to even eat. I had to force soft/liquid food past my infection-shut mouth to eat. Constantly a mess and painful. My new surgeon informed me that had I waited the entire month for my follow up and had I listened to Dr. Anderson's orders, I could have ended up in the hospital. Potentially septic and fatal. Dr. Anderson is extremely pushy and rude. I thought initially he was just fast paced and passionate about his work, but he is not. He is a rude and uncaring individual. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsure of my environment. There were red flags and I ignored them. I paid the price for it because I knew my insurance was accepted at his practice. At the time, that was reason enough to stay and have the work done by Dr. Anderson. I made a bad decision and now I'm trying to help others not make the same mistake that I did. Dr. Anderson is responsible and capable of the following: Malpractice Removed extra bone that was not necessary and could have caused a fracture or break with basic eating. Did not inform his patient about the extra bone removal or the risks invovled. Ignored my concerns and obvious health needs. Either seen and ignored a possible infection or caused the infection. Not on one side of the mouth, but both. Dr. Anderson is being reported appropriately to the proper boards and organizations. I pray to God that no one else will expereince his terrible personality and his even worse malpractice. I hope this information finds someone that is needing it. Stay away from Coastal Jaw Surgery Centers (especially this one) and stay away from Shuayb centers. It's been a nightmare with both of these "practices." Take care everyone and do not settle when it comes to your health and well being."

"Dr Anderson took care of my son last year and my daughter this Tuesday. Dr Anderson, the staff , and all of the team at Coastal Jaw Surgery Spring Hill , are wonderful. They are professional, cheerful , and always make you feel welcomed. Lisa sat with my daughter until her surgery and really put her at ease. Really wonderful place!"
"I just got my wisdom teeth removed this morning. The staff were so kind and understanding with me. I am terrified of needles and medical practices, and the nurses were so good about getting me calmed down and relaxed. It made the whole procedure easy and helped me with going through it because I almost had a panic attack multiple times this morning. This is a great place to go to, and should I need anything more done I will definitely come back."
