She found a crack in an implant and referred me to a specialist--after finding one who has a specialty with zirconium implants for me. She replaced retention rings. Once I saw the specialist, I went back for the reline of denture and she and her staff worked with me to get a denture that fit both my mouth and would fit onto the implants well.
