"I showed up 20 minutes early yesterday afternoon and they took me right in. I had 2 broken teeth, the technician took an xray right away. Within 10 minutes the Dr came in check me out and told me exactly what he was going to do to fix them. He fixed both teeth and made sure I was happy with my bite. I couldn't have been treated any better. They are always very professional have treated me like family. I would highly recommend them to anyone."

"After waiting for appointment and filling out paperwork early on and sending back I arrived early for my appointment. I signed in and waited never being acknowledged. Listening to the women behind the open window discuss their life I was finally called up and asked for my drivers license and insurance card which I had included in information sheet I mailed in earlier. Never giving her name until I called back later today Linda said “we do not take your insurance”. I left and called back and asked why did you not call before I came there since you had all this information? Linda said “ never looked at it until today”. Bad support help .
