"First when you walk in the receptionist does not even look up or say hello or smile. I’ve been going there for over a year now and the last few times they waited till I got there to tell me the doctor could not see me for my scheduled appointment and no explanation! They reschedule me for another appointment I show up and I’m always in the office about 30 minutes before my scheduled time again they did the same thing waited till I was in the office to reschedule me instead of calling me so I didn’t have to waste my time. At this point I decided to change dentist and have already scheduled an appointment. The second time I asked to speak to someone to let them know why they didn’t call me before I got there to reschedule. She just listened to me with no apologies at all and acted like she didn’t care. I would really never recommend this Dentist or his staff!! It’s Coast Dental in Tarpon Springs next to Big Lots they are a total waste of time and money!!! Don’t go there find yourself a dentist that cares for you and your time and has excellent reviews."

"Absolutely horrible! It started out as a great experience and they were very attentive. I had two appointments and all was well. I had a follow up appointment for Monday (2/5 that needed to be rescheduled. All I ever get when I call is voicemail and no one calls back. I have been trying to reach someone for 4 days. Horrible customer service. They tell you to go onto their website and use the chat feature. That was a joke also. I will now being finding a new dentist."

She was very sweet and they fixed my tooth problem very quickly and my tooth looks brand new. The dentist was very professional and did a phenomenal job. While I was apprehensive I decided to come to Smile Design in Tarpon after reading some great reviews. I have not been disappointed and am so glad I found them! Everyone is friendly and caring. They explain everything with the why and how. I definitely feel I am in much better hands. My hygienist Norman is by far the best hygienist I have ever had."

"Lissette at the Tarpon Springs office is an amazing person. She is the Regional Manager and knows everything about dental insurance and getting things done. I had never been to a dental office before that had someone as knowledgeable about dental insurance as Lissette did right off the top of her head. I went there for the second time on December 4th 2023 with a lot of questions about my treatment plan and what exactly my dental insurance would cover. I knew that my $2,000 in dental insurance (Medicare Advantage) could not be rolled over until 2024. It was a use it in 2023 or lose it, but I thought that it was too late in the year to get some dental work done before the end of the year. But Lizette made it all happen on the same day. She explained exactly the dental coverage I could use and said that they could get it done before the end of the year. Then she had the dental tech there, Norman (very good), immediately do a deep cleaning of my teeth so I'll be ready to have some impressions made for some crowns. While my teeth were being deep-cleaned, Lissette called the Oldsmar office and set me up with a dentist and the staff there to get my crowns started. Lissette had explained the time-frame situation and emailed my paperwork and x-rays to the Oldsmar office. As soon as my-deep cleaning was done on that same day at Tarpon Springs, I drove over to the Oldsmar office where the dentist and staff were waiting for me and they got right to work on my teeth. Before that day was over, they had three of my lower molars prepped for permanent crowns which will be set before the end of 2023. They also did one tooth extraction and a bone/tissue graft so I’d be ready for the next procedure, a bridge and pontic for my upper molars, in 2024 when my dental insurance coverage renews. None of this would have happened so fast without Lissette’s knowledge and help. If not for her, I’m sure I would have lost $2,000 worth of dental insurance for yet another year."
