"Overall it was a pleasant experience. I had all four wisdom teeth extracted. They made sure the procedure was well explained, from the front desk to the surgeon. Even explaining some options I had pertaining to leaving very impacted ones. He was frustrated from the agel but remained professional and ensured I was ok. All in all it was a good experience and I would recommend 8/10."

"Booked an appointment a month in advance. Got an email a couple days before the appointment to confirm and I did. The website told me my appointment was confirmed. I show up to my appointment and they tell me they canceled it, as I had not confirmed my appointment over the phone, despite my online confirmation. They did not inform me of this cancellation at any point, and continued to send me emails reminding me that I had an appointment up until the day before. They then told me that I could wait to see if the person who had booked my time would show up. I waited more 40 minutes, they didn’t show up, and yet, I was still told that the office was too busy to take me. This was a huge waste of my time as a busy college student who both works and takes classes."

"I am not a person that usually leaves a google review so this is big for me, lol. The staff at the Archer location in Gainesville is so professional I felt like I wanted others to know. I was greeted with bright smiles from the front desk staff each visit which is a great way to start! The dentist's assistant was so kind and knowledgeable. The dental hygienist did an excellent job of keeping me calm (not always easy) and informed during a super cleaning before a filling procedure. And finally the dentist matched my tooth with a filling that is almost undetectable right in a front tooth! Amazing job done by all. Thank you so much. Highly recommended!!"

She let me know what kind of procedures I would have done and kept me informed every step of the way. Her level of professionalism was particularly impressive. "As someone who was terrified of dentists, this place changed me. I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment and feel genuinely happier about my smile. I had 4 wisdom teeth extracted for a price that, while reasonable, still hurt my pocket. I got financed through them and now it seems a lot more manageable. I was given a treatment plan, full instruction on cleaning and caring, as well as all the supplies I needed to do it. Again, as someone who actively avoided dentists, this place has been a great experience. I need to add as well, Jonathan made the entire experience extremely comfortable. During the X-Rays all the way to my extraction. The doctor, Albert Rophie, was exceptional. I almost passed out due to nerves and he immediately rectified the situation and offered it in the form of a lesson to the dental assistant. Extremely professional. Edit: remembered the doctors name!"
