"Unprofessional people on the phone. I think they get off on not helping people. It's absolutely insane to get an appointment. Took my daughter 6 months to get in. And unfortunately one of the few places that accept Medicaid. So they know you can't go anywhere else and love making sure you don't get help. Don't forget if its an emergency....just send a picture and they'll determine if it's bad enough. Literally what I was told. Do yourself a favor and save up money to find somewhere who cares. This place is useless."

"Horrible communication and no professionalism when trying to schedule appts over the phone. Was told my daughter didn’t meet the emergency trauma criteria although I was never asked when the issue happened or what problems she was having. Never will recommend anyone to this office."

"We were here yesterday 8/18 for my two and a half year old to be seen for pretty bad cavities on his two top front teeth and a few more smaller issues. The care he received was outstanding. The dentist were very kind and took much time to help relieve his stress as he is very scared of the dentist. Even to the point she held his binky right by his mouth so he knew it was there. I haven't seen dentist so kind. I felt so much better as the dentist we were with took much time to to listen to my concerns and help me understand the treatment that would be the best. It is so tuff when you have toddlers that need pediatric dental care, tring to find a dentist to help before exsisting issues get extreme. I am glad they offer treatments to stop pain and abseses untill further treatment can be done. This is my second child to receive treatment here. The lotto is a way to receive help if you are willing to put the time in and follow the instructions they give when the time comes. I do not understand the poor reviews as I have been through the lotto and it took 60 some odd calls between me and my fiance to secure a spot. I do not mind how much it takes if my children are receiving the help we couldn't find anywhere else. We drive 1 hr and 45 min to these appointment and I don't mind at all. My first son went through dental surgery at 4 yrs old and he received great care. I feel very comfortable having my little people seen here. And I am beyond greatful for this program. I can't say enough to be able to have dentist that can work with children of pediatric age. It is the worst feeling as a Mom when you discover after much effort that your toddler has dental issues and you have literally spent hours days and weeks searching for a dentist to help and could find absolutely NO ONE. I am greatful beyond words for the kind and considerate dentist that have worked with my children. Thank You so much."

"Honestly just disappointed. My son was referred to an oral surgeon a few years ago but due to his age I have been unable to find anyone in our area to see him. I finally found this office & was told that yes, they can see him at his age & have the ability to do the surgery (if that’s what they see fit) but I would have to call back at a specific date & time to schedule the new patient appointment. I felt hopeful that we’d finally get this issue resolved as all these years without help have caused other teeth to shift & grow where they’re not supposed to. Today was the day to call & after countless attempts I was unable to get through the line (like many others who have left reviews). I just feel like there’s got to be a better way for them to set appointments. Even if the appointment were to be scheduled several months out, just having a date secured would be a sigh of relief for me. The oral surgeons around me will not touch my son until he’s 12 so we’re looking at another two years of this issue, which as a parent is worrisome having to wait that long on top of the years already gone by."
