"The tax professional I was scheduled to meet with was not available when I arrived and I arrived 15 mins early. I was assigned to another tax professional and it took the professional 3 hours to input all of our information and file our taxes the tax professional also had to print out the items we uploaded to the H&R portal several times. At times my wife and I questioned if the individual knew how to use a computer. The tax professional could not answer our questions and kept on having to go ask her mentor. At the end of the process we felt as if we paid H&R Block for nothing. Lastly, the tax professional we were supposed to meet with was working in the cubical adjacent to ours, that tax professional met with 3 different individuals and was able to help them file and get them our the door in the same 3 hour span that we were sitting with our professional."
