Edgewater Resort

"We have stayed at Edgewater for 12+ years. A couple times each year. We have always had great service, rooms always clean, the location is perfect... shopping, groceries, restaurants, and the beach is just right in your front yard! Will never stay anywhere else"

"Edgewater is nice. I loved the location, the pools and it's location and our particular unit is nice and clean. However, parking spaces is limited for bigger vehicles as the parking garages have a height limit, if you have a high vehicles, forgot about going into the garage. The outside parking spaces are limited. Rules are posted everywhere, but of course, not everyone reads it, it's a tad annoying to see these signs everywhere. And it would be better if warnings are given if rules were broken by accident (unintentionals rules broken, corrected after) rather than confrontations by management. Confrontations are never nice, especially if the actions were unintentional. Besides that, overall stay was great. Oh, one of the elevators in the middle section is currently out of order since our stay, just a tad inconvenient."

"Great location with beautiful views of the gulf. The water was crystal clean, and the beaches were pristine. The white sand is absolutely gorgeous."

"The grounds were beautiful and the pools always inviting. I was a little taken back that the parking and wheelchair accommodations were not as good as they could have been. They were also having intermittent elevator problems, and a mention must go to the 4 or 5 false fire alarm with evacuation notice. My wife is in a wheel chair and we were really inconvenienced when we actually did make it out. Other alarms were short lived and called out as false quickly. Staff was very nice and engaging."
