"Because my order was cancelled... If it's too late for the store, you should adjust your delivery hours in the ordering system... The order was accepted by the system, then cancelled by the store 10 minutes later... I wasted my time, and by this also the chance to order from another pizza store..."

"I had a terrible experience on ordering a to go order at this location which I don’t go into Detail's but I followed up the next day with a lead associate by the name of Steve walked him thru the details and he patiently listened and offered his full service and even offered another pizza I decided to call back and re order that pizza because I had a medical situation and wasn’t mobile. Steve went above and beyond and assisted me. And for that he gave excellent customer service and gained my rebirth in the eye of customer service. I just want to say Thank you Steve and Papa johns should consider you a valuable employee.. it’s a chain event I will pass on your work ethics"
