"I am all for supporting business that put customers first and go the extra mile. This shop is exactly that and more. I took in my 2020 Yamaha Cruiser HO to have the transom plate replaced. Oscar did an amazing job!! He took the time to explain everything that he did and answered all my questions. I took the ski in on Saturday at 1PM and explained to him, I had a family member that came in out of town and wanted to use it on Monday. He went the extra mile and stayed late Saturday for me to get it back on the same day!! WOW!!! Every person I spoke to in the shop was professional and made me feel as valued customer. By the way, I also learned he is Yamaha and Sea-doo certified! So it is like taken your ski to the dealer for a fraction of the price. Strongly recommend them.
