"They told my insurance company it’s going to cost over $9000 to fix my car after it was flooded. Got a second opinion from Firestone Complete Auto Care. They repaired it for $889. This garage shouldn’t have a contract with any insurance company."

"I don’t normally write reviews, BUT I had to give this shop some recognition. The young lady who takes the calls was always very patient when I called to inquire for updates (due to a limitation on certain parts needed for my vehicle). She explained why and ensured she would remain in contact with me. Professional and courteous all throughout. The gentleman who took photos for insurance purposes and completed the quote were completed at a rapid pace. My car looked great when I picked it up and they were kind enough to wait for us to arrive, even after 4 PM. Thanks again!"

"I must say that the level of professionalism and customer service received from A1 and specifically Dennis has been left wanting. The minimum expectation I had was at least good customer service and I'm yet to receive same. Thier attitude towards customers is atrocious. I do not recommend this repair shop to anyone that wants their vehicle back in this century."
