"Went in to buy an oil change kit one person in front of me made the line other employees talking and making jokes. The Customer in front leaves the employee doesn't acknowledge me in any way or form whatsoever, picks up the phone and simply starts having a conversation, lack of ethics, manners and education on behalf of the establishment. "Horrible customer service. Man that looks like a bum with worn out baseball cap and horrible beard should be terminated for his attitude and the way he speaks to customers. This location is most convenient for me but I’ll inconvenience myself and drive to another location moving forward. Attended to me on 1/6/2023 around 1:05pm if the store manager/owner would like to review the incident, if you have audio surveillance I’m sure it’ll be his last day on the job."
