Little Caesars Pizza

"Manager was rude as anything. It looked like they had a large order they were preparing- completely understandable, but for the manager to not even walk away from her computer to let the customers that were lined up out of the door what was going on is inexcusable. She also didn't seem to be very pleasant with her employees"

"Unprofessional as all heck. Left a lobby full of people waiting for orders while the cashier typed out an email to her boss about how they were understaffed. How about this... actually do your job without complaining so loud the people in publix can hear you for 15 minutes straight and maybe things wouldn't get so backed up. Then when I had the audacity to politely say excuse me to the staff, young lady wanted to be rude to me. DONT GO HERE"

"Save your money. Do not give your money to this location. Drive to the next one, or spend the extra money for another pizza joint. Our pizzas were burnt to a literal crisp in the middle. The cheese was hard as can be in the middle. Plus $9 for the smallest wings I've ever seen before & they had no meat. All chicken fat. The girl working was also very rude. She threw my order on the counter and walked away. Didn't say who it was for & there was multiple people inside. I had to check the order myself to know it was even mine. Will absolutely never visit this location again."

"Ordered a pizza online and picked it up at the portal wasn’t happy. I had to spend over three dollars for two garlic butter sauces then I open my pizza box and that’s what I get because I’m gonna post the picture wasn’t gonna ask for a new one, because 90% of the staff acted like they didn’t want to be there let alone wanted to deal with Guests didn’t want to be there or be working every time somebody has a question they rolled their eyes they acted like they didn’t even want to be there like I said earlier they saw is close to 10 o’clock. I want to get out of here so then they didn’t care what they treated everybody like paid for my two sauces, and then had to tell her that the last receipt was mine in order to get my two sauces, cause she look like I was trying to steal something even though sitting there with my pizza worst Customer Service I’ve seen in a long time. I have never had that bad of a Pizza experience at little Caesars Before. my pizza has never been that burnt before. Like I said that staff did not care what they sent out for product and I think you need to have a talk with them because that was not proper product. I’m only giving one star do the fact that I’ve never seen people more on happy to be at their work."
