Papa Johns Pizza

"Ordered a pizza at 8:30pm on a Saturday night directly off Papa John’s website. The delivery time estimated 35-45 minutes. After this passed, I go on the “papa track” option on their app to track my order and it now says 9:55 pm delivery. Okay, whatever. Then 10:00 pm comes by and no pizza. I check again, it shows my driver’s location in Palm Coast and says my order will be delivered by 10:35pm and as each minute passes, it adds a minute to the delivery. Called to speak with the manager and was told they cut their drivers at 9:00pm (what business does that on a Saturday night??? I’ve never heard of this) and either way I ordered at 8:30pm. She said doordash takes over after 9:00pm, but even so I have never waited over an hour for a doordash order. They did not seem to care too much and said they were wondering where the doordash driver was too but could not tell me when I would receive my order. I did not want 2 hour old pizza at 11pm at night. So long story short, waited almost 2 hours, never received an update, pizza driver in Palm Coast, and pizza never even left the shop to get to me. Used to order once a week from here, but won’t be ordering from here again. Not worth it"

"It was super bowl night in ormond fla, we went in placed an order and 20 mins ot was done. They were very busy but very pleasant."

"I went and got a pie. Super nice girl at the counter, and polite. The pie was a bit more crunchier than i had liked, but it tasted good. Better than Pizza Hut, and i really like Pizza hut.,id return here because the whole area looked very clean.."

"Love this New York style pizza and bread sticks!! Always quick delivery and warm !! Very polite employees !! We order every Saturday night , never had a problem and always delicious!! Edited: to be fair last time we ordered we were disappointed for 1st time but I let it go as a fluke. Now 2nd time in a row we are disappointed. It was just food last time, this time was food and hour delivery time , app kept saying 2 minutes away then delayed dropping off other orders and this went on for 25 minutes and of course our food was cold . This was our every Saturday for months. Time to switch."
