"I'm here visiting Florida and decided to order some pizza. I chose this location since it's the closest to where I'm staying while here in Orlando. The service was fast, and my order was ready timely, but I opened the pizza and noticed that this location cares nothing about peesentation. My pizza was literally thrown together. I have never been served a pizza looking like this from Little Caesars before."
"Wish 0 stars was an option here. Ordered a couple of items tried their new Calzony and the meat was rubbery and disgusting, threw most of it out. Worse though was the pretzel crust, they literally gave me a regular pizza crust and sprinkled pretzel salt on it. Didn’t realize until after I got home and after waiting 15 minutes for someone to answer the store phone I had a manager first tell me it looks that way because of the amount of baking soda they used and when I wasn’t buying that she said they got a new vendor for the crust and that’s why it looked like that but promised it was pretzel and didn’t offer anything to fix it. I called corporate customer service and was promised to get a call back from an area manager/store owner in 1-2 days, 10 days later nothing. No pretzel bread looks like this and the crust had zero taste to it besides the salt. Needles to say most of this food found its way to the trash, such a waste of my money and terrible service on top of it"
"Have ordered & gotten pizzas here many times…it’s never a great experience but 6/29 was worse than usual. Line out the door bc their pizza portal was not working & no one knew what was going on. Ordered: two pizzas one order of Caesar wings one crazy sauce Two cheese breads One Caesar garlic sauce One crazy bread Received: Two pizzas Two cheese bread One sauce $46.29 Shorted wings, a sauce & crazy bread. Tried to call, no one answers. Didn’t want to go back since it was so unorganized/busy."
