"My experience at the Tesla collision center was highly disappointing. The customer service was notably unfriendly, and the lady at the customer service desk was unhelpful. To make matters worse, the inefficient processes at the center resulted in a frustrating two-month wait, adding unnecessary stress. Moreover, the refusal to provide a preliminary estimate left us in the dark about potential costs. The overall lackluster service, extended waiting period, and refusal of basic information made this encounter with the Tesla collision center far from satisfactory."

"I drove all the way down from Jacksonville to pick up my vehicle. I’m not able to pick it up when the app clearly told me to pick it up any time. Not during service center hours. My car is locked behind a gate. I’ve already waited over 6 months for these repairs to be made after I was rear ended in an accident. I will not be driving down here to pick it up. There needs to be better communication with the service center and clients."

"I was so excited to be visiting my first Tesla repair shop. I made my appointment time online and when I arrived at my appointment time there were many people around helping but no one approached me. I had to get out of the car and go up to the service person and tell them I'm here. She told me to wait in car until my service advisor came. I waited for about 10 min before the advisor showed up. I had several things I wanted the team to inspect on the vehicle but I was shot down with, "If it was not in the appointment paperwork prior to me coming, I have to make another appointment." I was like but I'm already here, ok...... I was told to go into the building's waiting room. I went into the building but started to walk around about 1 hour later. While I was out, I noticed that my vehicle had not moved. I had been there for 1 hour and my car still had not been touched. I don't think this service center respects the customer time. My car was moved inside 1.5 hours after the appointment time. This is the first part of my experience, I will continue after I get my car back."
