"I don't like leaving bad reviews but the boyfriend asked me to do so. He purchased a jeep that was at the property and talked to one of the mechanics and owner. What was on the paperwork was correct but didn't mention that the winch was not working, cb radio not working, oil leaking, front speakers not working and one of the bar lights not working properly. He understood it was being sold as is but was not aware of the oil leaking on the transmission. He smelled oil when we drove it home but not for the short test drive. Took it to get it looked out and found out we'll need to replace the engine Oil Cooler and two valve cover gasket (another 2 thousand from what our local auto shop quoted who works on jeeps often). The oil leaking is a must to get fixed and now has strapped up more since he spent his savings on the jeep. Not including the other items on the jeep that is not working. Don't know if the front locker works or not (found out locker has been removed). All we ask is for honesty and be upfront. Very thankful nothing didn't happen with the engine on our 2.5 hr drive home. Also found out the tires had 15 lbs of pressure. This explained how it drove on his test drive; even after mentioning how it drove. Everyone there seemed really nice but the missing faults on the jeep left a sour experience for the boyfriend. We now know additional things to check if we ever purchase a used jeep again. Check underneath to look for oil leaks on the transmission and under the hood! If you cannot be upfront about something you're selling, then I don't trust your character."
