"The lady at the front desk is a horrible human being!! Very unprofessional and needs to learn how to deal with people when asking questions and you know nothing about engines. It is NOT normal to add a quart of oil every 300 miles! I asked if they were a certified mechanic and she said no but has been working on engines for 50 Years. That’s great and all but my warranty company will not reimburse me back if no certified mechanic. She said they don’t work with warranty companies. I didn’t ask her to work with warranty company but if they are certified that I will be reimbursed back. She kept getting an attitude because evidently I know more than she does! The older short haired female at front desk needs some serious customer service help. Then told me to get out and never come back when I told her how horrible her service was. Don’t worry I won’t and will spread your horrible service as much as possible!! Learn to take in criticism and if you need to retire then please do."
