Last time I ordered, placed a ~$100 order from Fort White and drove all the way to Live Oak to pick it up (~1hr drive) only to get there and have the kid at the counter tell me they cancelled the order. No reason (other than they were busy, and "only had 3 people") and NO NOTIFICATION of any kind either. I contacted Papa Johns Customer Service only to get a lame boiler-plate reply that didn't even address the issue I had. What a let down. I've been spending hundreds of dollars per quarter with this location, but I guess I'll take my business elsewhere. They don't seem to care..."
