"It's going on 2 weeks without a car! 2 weeks! I've been very patient, but it was suppose to be done a week ago. Went to pick it up a week ago and had to turn around because we had the same issue with it. My husband says they are honest, but here's my honesty to them... most people can't go 2 weeks without a car. They need to realize customers need their cars and if they are going to have your car this long they need to give you a discount for taking forever. But no they are charging me full price! They told my husband that they were trying to save us money, it still cost us $1,020 and 2 weeks of no car. It was a waste of my time!! Meanwhile I'm at home with my son in the summer stuck without a car. This isn't right and they know it! They can spin it however they want, but a professional mechanic shouldn't take this long. If they don't have the time to do it then they need to let their customers know so they can take it elsewhere."
