"I've been doing my taxes with EconoTax in Crestview for four years and now that it's under new management (Mr. Severance) the service has gone completely downhill. They received all my documents three weeks before the tax deadline and after repeat attempts to ask the status of my taxes, he would repeatedly answer "your the next one in the que".
