"I had the misfortunate of having to do business with TSA Consulting. I had filed a Required Minimum Distribution Form with my wife's 403k plan at Lincoln Financial. I found out after the fact that TSA has become the plan administrator -- they neglected to inform us since they took over in 2015. Worse, Lincoln Financial could not process the RMD because TSA had neglected to tell them that my wife had resigned in 2010. When I called their 'consultant' Valerie Longshore was rude and uncooperative as well as totally unapologetic about their mishandling of the account."

"I would never voluntarily do business with this company. I have been trying to do a rollover for 10 months. They keep telling me how easy it is to work with them but it isn't. They don't call when they receive your paperwork and they don't call when they don't. You just have to wait and see. They have you send things to an email address where things mysteriously don't go through. Or you can fax it to them, but who owns a fax still? It would be so great if they would assign a case manager to help me get my paperwork through their system. I have had people argue with me on the phone and the other company involved has even tried calling them to get this done."
