"The people at this shop are the worst in the world! They want you to pay for all your work up front, they don’t not pick up the phone or update you once your car is dropped off. They so called fixed my S 550 but all kind of parts that were took of weren’t put back on. Pieces were literally on the ground left over after the installed the transmission. Once I got home with my car the whole plastics under carriage was in the trunk. Didn’t even put it back on. To this day they haven’t called back to put it back on, on top of that the original problem was never fixed. The water was off because they don’t pay the bills, they say they open at 8am but don’t come in until 11am an leave again at 3pm. This place needs to be shut down!!! If you take your car there I promise you will regret it!! They know nothing about cars, how to diagnose them or fix them. There diagnostics consists of standing around and trying to guess what they think is wrong. They are crooks!! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would!!"

"Was astonished by the great and professional service I received . Called one day prior to the repair and was scheduled for the next day. They were about their word said my car would be finished by end of day and it was ! Not an easy repair I’ve had to get my rack and pinion replaced do to an accident , not only did they fix it but fixed some frame damage for only $50 extra ! This will be my forever mechanic as long as I own a Mercedes . Very fair prices for high quality work . I strongly recommend giving them a shot on your next repair ."

"I had an electrical issue" no headlights". I took my car to another shop that was higher rated. They charged me $150 just to diagnose the problem. They quoted me over $650 to repair with no guarantee that it would solve my problem. Found the part at a used car parts dealer at a fraction of the cost quoted. Partsmart gave me a 30 day guarantee on the part. After consulting with the people at Campbells, I found a another part that I needed at a salvage yard for 3 dollars. They listened, they gave me good advice, and the repaired the issue for the least expense. Most important, they delivered. Bottom line, next day my lights are shining bright at a very fair price. They have my business for life."

"I came to this shop with my s-class Mercedes for alignment, wheel tpms sensors , and tighten up few bolts that I couldn't do without a lift. I had brand new high performance tires to install. They put them backwards with inside pointing out. I had different shop do rear for 40$ and working great with sensors. Ok and mr Campbell said sorry there was a sticker that tells them ,load of bs. He change them back. Ok then I noticed my rims were completely destroyed from their machine you can see where the will spun off. On both front rims. And my brand new tire destroyed flat next day. And charge 135$ for removal/ install of tpms that cost 7$ any other place. Mr Campbell said it probably came like that or you did it. I couldn't have done it. I bought the tires my self and they are inspected. Damage was on inside of tire. Alignment was done bad. Car goes straight but steering wheel point to the right. They had the nerve to tell me bolts were all loose while I watched them lose them and bs me. And say that was your noice . We went for a test drive ,had a knock when turning i told Geraldo its the stabilizer bar. I had my own parts to repair it ,and i told them I would take care of it. They say they spent 3 hours looking for the noice and replaced the parts really.???? And OWNER MR CAMPBELL SAID i never told them about where to noice was. So i have random suspension parts for no reason in car.... for stabilizing And charge me for it. So ok i pick up my car noticed my wipers didn't work i open the hood and notice all the duct work from engine was not put back and smashed under hood and stopped wipers from working. LIKE HOW don't YOU NOTICE THAT .!!! This place is a complete joke. They charge me to the max limit i had last penny. For garbage work they did. And destroyed more then fixed .... and other thing they charge me for diagnosis of suspension AIRMATIC i told them the issue with the shock i had a benz tester also. They couldn't fix it . All you had to do is reset the airmatic... and charge 135$ for not even fixing the problem. DONT GO HERE.! I had to take them to COURT .! For damages refund for terrible work done. Pathetic"
