"We needed service on a used Chevy purchased out of town last year. It developed a problem that potentially made it unsafe to drive and the local Chevy dealership couldn’t give us a service appointment until the next week. They couldn’t promise that the car would even be looked at on the day of the appointment. You don’t get a loaner car until they’ve determined what the problem is and how long they’re going to have to keep it. We spoke to Edwin Mejia at Sullivan Cadillac and we’re told to bring in the car the next day and that it would be serviced under the warranty. We dropped it off and got it back less than 8 hours later with the original problem fixed as well as a recall item that we didn’t even know about and all at no cost. In addition they washed and vacuumed the car. We will be doing business with Sullivan in the future."
