"The most unpleasant experience ever. I was forced to have the employee running the counter attend to me. He was patronizing, disrespectful, lied, ignored, and condescending. The other employees were courteous and did a good job, however this is by far the rudest employee Ive ever come across. Terrible experience."

"Arrived about 10 am. Parked and started across the lot. Had hardly taken a step when I was met by Zackery. He made suggestions based on the mileage of the vehicle and then escorted us inside. Provided a quote in writing. Also provided windshield wiper service. In only minutes the blades were replaced, the oil change completed and the vehicle was parked just outside with the doors open awaiting our departure. I want to thank the entire crew for such a great experience, professional, polite and very quick."

"At this point we have used this Jiffy Lube one time. I will say that they were fast. But I'm not too sure how much they really checked or the quality of their work. The price was high for an oil change. I'm sure Jiffy Lube would say that they are competitively priced. I guess it's okay if they all over charge. I can and normally change my own oil for substantially less. But you pay for the convince of it being done without getting your hands dirty. Plus you do not have to deal with the waste oil and such. So is being overcharged for the service worth not having to do it yourself and all that comes with it? Other than the extortion prices they charge. My only real complaint is that directly after the oil change, oil spots appeared on my driveway. It stopped after a day or so and left me with a lot of work trying to clean up the spots/stains. I can only assume that oil was left on the bottom of my vehicle resulting from Jiffy Lube's work. That dripped onto my driveway until the excess was gone. This did not make me happy."
