"If you are having a good day and need a negative experience to bring you down, go see Deborah over here. Wow, talk about bad customer service. She was awful! There are tag agencies on every corner, skip this one. She should not be working there. Update: adding more detsil since owner is saying it is bogus. Deborah called us over and was rude, she felt bothered by our questions and was not service oriented. Was saying she couldn’t help because i didn’t have the registration with me but did not tell me what she could use to help me so I could provide. Then said her system was not working and would have to come back. It is clear she doesn’t want to help clients."
